Thank you for your interest in joining Narrative ‘25!

This page is your guide to conference registration. Several ticket types are available, depending on your role in the conference and mode of participation.

Please note that a 3% credit card transaction fee is automatically added to the amounts listed on this page’s table; the total amount in your cart will include this increase.

Information about registering as a volunteer or obtaining free observer tickets is forthcoming.

Due dates

  • The Participant rates on this page are early bird rates; they’re valid through February 15, 2025

  • February 16 - March 15, Participant rates will automatically increase by 15%

  • March 16 - conference time, original Participant rates will automatically increase by 25%

Cancellation policy

  • Through January: full refund (minus a 3% transaction fee)

  • February: 40% refund (minus a 3% transaction fee)

  • March 1 and after: refunds unavailable

Ticket Type

  • Participant

    Those making a presentation or chairing a panel they proposed.

    For in-person participants, this ticket includes all conference sessions and events; for virtual participants, this ticket includes calling into your session only.

    Participate

  • Observer

    Those not making a presentation or chairing a panel they proposed.

    Includes all conference sessions and events other than the Awards Luncheon, a ticket for which may be purchased as an add-on.
