Jigsaw Modules

Science Fiction Institute Pilot | Summer 2022

Thanks to generous support from FIU’s Center for the Advancement of Teaching and the Honors College, the Lab is holding its inaugural Science Fiction Institute.

Fellows work in teams of two: one who specializes in a humanities subject has partnered with one who specializes in a STEM subject. Each team’s goal is to design a science fiction jigsaw module that links both specializations, which they will individually integrate into their Fall 2022 courses and contribute to the digital library of teaching resources.
